Terms & Conditions

All project bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% advance payment. The remaining balance is payable in milestones as per the project schedule. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date receive a full refund of the advance. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days forfeit the advance. Studio A&D reserves the right to use photographs of completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a written exclusion is requested and agreed upon at the time of engagement. Design concepts and drawings remain the intellectual property of Studio A&D until full payment is received. Execution timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control including material availability and site conditions.
